Relaxation Exercise

The other important basic exercise in Yang style Tai-Chi. It aims at relaxing our body and mind. This exercise is composed by movements in Yang style forms.

According to the Tai Chi Classics, "the root is in the feet; issued through the legs; controlled by the waist; and expressed through the fingers. From the feet through the legs to the waist forms one harmonious chi."

We teach how to move the body in Tai Chi, following above theory. To yield and sway like a bamboo bending with the wind. You will learn to accommodate this flow in their daily lives. After practise, you will be able to distinguish between substantial and insubstantial weight distribution and be able to co-ordinate the mind, body, practice correct breathing and be able to explain the benefits of Tai Chi to society.

This exercise helps to develop a calm balanced personality with a clear understanding of the negative and positive energies empowered by the Yin and the Yang. This will facilitate an equilibrium, which results in self-confidence of your own dynamic focus.
